This policy explains how The Astro Healer, operated by Malik Mehboob, handles information in connection with theastrohealer.com, enquiries, consultations, courses, and its owner-operated AstroGrowthOS content and social-media workflow.

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact admin@theastrohealer.com or call/message +1-470-650-5315. Please identify the service or account involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents.

Information we handle

• Information you provide: your name, email, phone number, enquiry, booking details, and information you choose to share during a consultation. Astrology services may involve birth date, birth time, birthplace and questions about your circumstances. Please share only what is needed and obtain permission before providing another person’s information.
• Accounts, courses and transactions: registration details, course access, orders, payment status, and service correspondence where you use those features. Payment providers process information under their own policies when you pay through them.
• Website information: technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, requested pages and security logs may be processed by our website and hosting services. Cookies or similar storage may support sign-in, preferences, shopping carts and embedded services, where used.
• Social integrations: for accounts the owner authorizes, AstroGrowthOS handles account identifiers, profile information, permission grants, authorization credentials, original media, captions, publishing records, and available performance data within the permissions granted.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide consultations and courses, manage bookings and accounts, maintain transaction records, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot problems, and prepare and manage authorized content. Marketing communications, where offered, can be declined by contacting us or using an unsubscribe option. Public posts are intended to be visible to the audience selected on the relevant platform.

Pinterest and other connected platforms

AstroGrowthOS is an owner-operated workflow, not an open service for collecting unrelated users’ social accounts. If Pinterest access is approved and authorized, it will be used to create and schedule owner-approved Pins, select or manage the owner’s boards, read the owner’s Pins and boards to manage publishing records and avoid duplicate posts, and retrieve permitted reporting data where enabled. It does not require access to other Pinners’ private boards, messages or passwords. Pinterest data is used for these authorized functions, not to train general-purpose AI models.

Connected-platform credentials are maintained locally in the AstroGrowthOS environment and used to authenticate official API requests. Content intended for publication and the required account identifiers are transmitted to the relevant platform. Pinterest, Google/YouTube, Meta and other connected services process data under their own policies. Browser login alone does not authorize the application’s API access.

Service providers, AI tools and disclosures

Hosting, email, communications, payment, course and other service providers process information as needed to support the features you use. Our content workflow can use local or external AI services for tasks such as transcription, drafting or review; content supplied to an external service is processed under that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Do not assume that every AI-assisted interaction stays on the local device. Confidential consultation information should not be included in public content without permission.

We may disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, or to protect rights. Social platforms and linked third-party websites have their own privacy practices; this policy does not control their handling of data.

Storage, retention and security

Information may be stored in website systems, service-provider systems and local business records. We retain it for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, support, recordkeeping, legal requirements and resolving disputes. Retention varies by record type; this policy does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. We use access restrictions and other appropriate safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with you, and raise questions or objections about its use. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. We may need proportionate verification of your identity and may retain records when legally required. We respond within applicable legal time limits.

To revoke a social integration, use the platform’s connected-app settings. To request deletion of locally held integration data, email admin@theastrohealer.com with the subject “AstroGrowthOS data deletion” and identify the account. Revoking access does not itself delete previously published posts or the platform’s own records; those can be managed separately on the platform. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle, subject to applicable obligations.

You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking storage may affect sign-in and other features. Third-party embeds and links may use their own cookies or collect technical data when loaded or followed.

Children

Our website and owner-operated social integration are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes

We may update this policy as services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
